See the below image when you click on right side icon you see a list of google products in list but we use only Gmail, YouTube, Google+, Play and some more but did you notice one of the product is Blogger.

Now time come to click on Blogger

Then this welcome screen will come and then add you blog name it could be anything.

I gave a name crazyworld so same way you also can give any name. so now click on New Blog and follow below steps. 

Give some title and address and select you template view you other can identify you page. and then click on Create Blog

After click on create blog you can see you overview screen of your first blog.

Lets post some information so others somehow can use either its a kind of learning or just for entertainment. so now click on New Post If you going start your blog.

On top of page one bar is there so using that you can customize your data. if you are uploading any image then click of photo icon

So now take upload some images and videos

then click on Publish and your blog published successfully. I gave this name so you can open and see http://crazzy-animals.blogspot.in/

so this is enough to create any blog but not enough to earn money.
